It is produced from hand-harvested Sangiovese grapes from our vineyards.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, with twice-daily pumping over to optimize extraction.
After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks.
The wine is then aged in wood for several months before completing its aging in steel tanks.
Ruby red color.
Spicy notes on the nose, with red fruit and fresh herbs.
On the palate, it is savory, with a medium structure and well-defined tannins. Good aging potential.
Medium-structured dishes such as pasta dishes with meat, mushroom, or poultry sauces, but also risottos and meat-based main courses such as pork. Also suitable for dishes with truffles.
